- Captain Ronny is an exceptionally diligent and professional captain with strong engineering experience. He consistently demonstrates deep technical expertise and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving. During our work together, he played an active role in testing and trialling new features on our tender monitoring system, providing clear, practical feedback grounded in real onboard operations.
What particularly sets Captain Ronny apart is his ability to balance innovation and testing with the demands of running a professional vessel. Even while dealing with the inevitable day-to-day operational challenges that arise on board, he always made time to engage constructively, communicate clearly, and support those around him.
We have seen Captain Ronny remain completely professional and composed in high-pressure situations, including moments when things have gone wrong or required immediate technical intervention. His calm demeanour, sound judgement, and hands-on capability inspire confidence in both crew and external partners. He leads by example and maintains high standards.
Captain Ronny is reliable, technically confident, and highly respected.

- I met Ronny Roskosch in my time as International Service Manager at CAYAGO AG. Through his open communicative nature and his good international network, he successfully marketed the product SEABOB in the diving sector. Through his extraordinary high personal commitment, he managed to establish the SEABOB within a short time. Ronny's qualities stand out due to his great professional international experience, coupled with entrepreneurial determination and a high degree of professionalism. He knows how to contribute effectively as a sympathetic team player in projects and to drive them forward in a targeted manner. As interim manager, he successfully supported the development of our US subsidiary in 2016/2017 and organized the appearance at trade fairs in the American market. Due to his sympathetic and structured nature, I enjoyed working with Ronny. Human as well as professional, I really appreciate Rony. I highly recommend him as a consultant. I thank him once again and I wish him all the best for his personal and professional future.

- To whom it may concern,
The first moment I met Ronny Roskosch I knew our working collaboration will last forever.
I was initially impressed with Ronny energy, enthusiasm, communication skills and professionalism. At that time Spotmydive (my company) was nothing and Ronny helped us a lot, introducing us to his impressive network and giving us advices about the market.
For three years now, he consistently demonstrated all of his working and human qualities. Ronny is definitely a hard worker, perfectionist with amazing speech skills that always find the way to build strong relationship with his interlocutor. I always say that being able to adapt to your environment is a demonstration of intelligence. Ronny is one of the few people that can in all circumstances acclimate himself and readjust his way of speaking. This is why all the people I know love working with him, from huge industrial manufacturer CEO to new comers in the market.
I could list the Ronny’s qualities for hours as he has my highest recommendation, and if needed I would be happy to furnish more details if you would like additional information.
Warmest regards,
PS: Do not hesitate to meet him live, and you will understand how valuable Ronny Roskosch could be for your company.
